I wonder why they can't combine that stuff into one shot for less sticking. I hope they get everything ready ahead of time so it is a rapid succession. That way the bad time is just a few minutes and then you can take her to buy a toy or something and she'll be completely over it by the time you get to Wal-mart. I hate it for you. I hated it when it was me, holding a little innocent Binkster down while they loaded her up with her school shots. You have to hold it together while it's going on and don't act horrified. The calmer and less emotional you are, the better she will handle it. She won't blame you for it. She'll think neither of you had a choice. Because really, you don't. You just tell her that everyone has to do it or they can't go to school and we all did it. Name us... mimi did it, mama did it, Evin did it, Christy did it...It's just something everyone goes through. Tell her that stuff afterwards, not before. No warning is best.

Thanks, Teets. Boy, you've got me all figured out: I planned to take her directly to Walmart afterward to cheer her with a toy. I'm glad to hear she won't blame me for what's gotta go down. Poor kid

Oooo ooo ooo, I don't like shots, will you buy me something nice next time I get one? Cars that rhyme with orsha make me feel much better.
